In order to be able to establish the framework for an effective management system, proactive project portfolios, or the basic technical specifications of the products, it is important to know your own, your customers’, the authorities’ and other stakeholders’ requirements for principled documentation.
That’s why I emphasize using reliable and process-oriented methods to create solid foundations for continuity, security and traceability.
Principled documentation is for example prepared in accordance with:
- Legislation, regulations, directives and schemes.
- DS EN IEC ISO standards.
- Guidelines and instructions from authorities and industry associations.
- Contractual specifications and standards.
Reliable methods are for example used according to guidelines given by:
- Management system standards.
- Harmonized type A-, B- and C-standards.
- Technical certifications, standards and specifications.
- LEAN tools; for example in relation to FMEA risk assessments.
- Project management; for example inspired by PRINCE2 APMG International.
- Change management; for example inspired by Change management APMG International.
